School Council

School Council

Langstone Infant School has a School Council who meet regularly to put forward the views of pupils and help to improve the school.

Children will be introduced to the role of the School Council in an assembly during the Autumn term.

Classes will then be invited to democratically vote for their class’ school councillors, to choose one girl and one boy to represent them.

School Council meet fortnightly under the guidance of Mrs Bartlett and minutes of the meetings are taken by the children in turn and distributed and shared with classes.
