Year 2 Home learning for Thursday 14th May

Either using ‘The True Story of the 3 little Pigs’ or another book they have read to you, ask the children to discuss which parts of the story they liked and why. Are there any parts that they didn’t enjoy? Why? Did they enjoy the story as a whole? Why/why not? Again, children may write ideas or you can make it a discussion based activity. |
Writing | To write in full sentences as a character. |
Using their mind maps from yesterday, children will be writing a ‘diary entry’ as Mr Wolf today. (They should all be familiar with what a diary is, but worth recapping!) They will write as though they are Mr Wolf (first person) and will need to include:
